About Chh Construction System Pte Ltd
CHH Construction System Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based firm founded in 1991 by managing director Nelson Tee. It began as a renovation firm and expanded into A&A jobs on conservation shophouses and terrace houses, later undertaking semi-detached housing, bungalows and good-class bungalows. Today it is involved in all types of construction, from conservation shophouses to low-rise commercial buildings.
In 1997 the company started an internal security systems division, which now serves clients that do not require construction services. CHH is a certified Axxon VMS and PSIM partner and describes itself as a one-stop provider for construction and security installations.
