About Timesworth Consultancy Pte Ltd
Timesworth Consultancy Pte Ltd is a consultancy that helps companies understand Singapore's Part-Time Re-employment Grant (PTRG), a Ministry of Manpower scheme with the Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF) as programme partner. The grant supports employers offering part-time re-employment, flexible work arrangements and structured career planning to senior workers.
The consultancy explains what the grant covers, who is eligible and what a company needs in place, and helps clients draft the documents the grant asks for, such as HR policy, flexible work arrangement policy and career planning documents. It describes itself as an independent consultancy, not affiliated with the Ministry of Manpower or SNEF, providing guidance and drafting support only.
