About Findjobs Pte Ltd
Findjobs Pte Ltd is a job matching platform and recruitment agency connecting blue-collar jobseekers with employers. Founded in 2016 as a social enterprise, it offers a multilingual mobile app that lets jobseekers apply for jobs even without a resume, broadcast themselves to employers, and contact employers directly via job posters. The company also deploys Smart Job Kiosks islandwide at locations such as Community Centres, Social Service Offices and bus interchanges, giving offline jobseekers access to online job opportunities.
Findjobs runs monthly walk-in interview events and provides job placement assistance through consultants, with zero agent fees and no binding contracts. It also runs a co-working space for Persons in Recovery (PIR) alongside a job placement programme with partners such as the Institute of Mental Health (IMH).
